Bill Singleton

President

Bill Singleton, a second-generation sheet metal worker, completed a trade school apprenticeship through the Sheet Metal Workers’ Local Union. He has been blessed to work with many skilled craftsman and managers that took the time to promote what was already taught to Bill from a young age; hard work and desire to finish.
With prayers and encouragement from family, Bill started Vision Air HVAC, Inc. in 1997 and prides himself on more than 30 years’ experience as a craftsman, manager, estimator and administrator.
In his free time, Bill and his family love fishing, hunting and spending time with their horses. He also spends time on his small ranch near Rye, Colorado hiking in the adjacent mountains is one of his great pastimes as well. Grateful for an amazing family and close friends, he makes sure to keep a vision in mind that together we can all work and have a great life.

Job Description: Cost estimation of mechanical systems. Design Build budgeting, cost tracking, and Vendor relations. Provide value engineering to the design team and owners to keep projects within budget, while still maintaining a quality final product for the owner. Review of plans for code compliance, and construct-ability.
